I love interiors, homes, and creating atmospheres to welcome people. Essentially, I like to enhance the soul of the spaces, to go straight to the heart of those who will experience them for an event, a vacation, or for a lifetime.
The name I chose for my business, Home Staging Soul, represents all of this. However, I am not an architect, but a manager who has passionately worked for years in creative contexts in terms of new business, studying consumer behavior, occupying roles for multinational companies, organizing activities and multifunctional teams to develop projects in support of decisions and sales.
Subsequently, I had the opportunity to fully dedicate myself to my two great passions: houses and nautical. Since 2016, therefore, I have been working as an independent consultant in these new contexts.
Regarding the home sector, I have trained as a professional Home Stager. I work for both private individuals and intermediaries, promoting houses for sale or rent.
I am also a passionate Airbnb Host who manages, prepares, and welcomes guests to make them "feel at home away from home" and supports other homeowners who want to present their apartments to the micro-accommodation market. I enthusiastically dedicate myself to all activities revolving around hospitality and the presentation of indoor and outdoor spaces, applying the soul of a Home Stager on every occasion.
